Adam Quang: born in Vietnam, where he learned the art of hand embroidery and haute couture dress making. 1985 He immigrated to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. He arrived in Montreal in 1990 to study and work in the fashion sector for seven years, wherein he gained recognition for his design work, notably:

♣ 2004 for the second consecutive year Quang has helped Carolyn Weaver, host of the literary chat show Fine Print on Rogers Television, become the buzz of The Giller Prize book awards show. The sketch of the outfit for the 2004 Giller Prize awards show appeared on the front page of the October 28, 2004 National Post’s Arts and Life section.

♣ 2003 Named by STYLE magazine “Notable New Label”;
♣ 2003 designed an outfit for Ms. Carolyn Weaver (the Joan Rivers of the literary world www.fineprintonline.com) for the recent 10th anniversary Giller Prize gala. Created in a sprit to highlight the talented personalities associated with the Giller Prize (national media covered: national post, Globe and mail, Toronto star, Ottawa citizen etc…)
♣ 2002 was one of the invited fashion designers (among Philip Dubuc, Muse, Yso and others national and international designers from across Canada) to participate in a “SENATE GALA” fashion show on our capital hill in the Parliament building, Ottawa
♣ 2002 winner of Bal Des Fleurs: 1st place for fashion category and 3rd place for public choice: 2001 launching AQÚ Spring 2002 collection at Montreal Fashion Week 1st edition
♣ 2001 winner of Excellence Young Quebec Designers Award competition
